Artist’s Statement: I love to open up a piece of wood on the lathe and see what surprising beauty God has put inside it. Most of the wood I turn is salvaged from storm damage, construction, etc. – wood that would have otherwise been burned or left to ruin. Each piece is unique and I do my best to showcase the natural beauty of every piece of wood I turn.
