Artist’s Statement: After a 30-year quest for finding my voice, I find I have many songs. The delight is that so many viewers respond, saying I am echoing their song, no matter what their background.
I have been an artist for 35 years. When I first touched clay, I knew this is what I should have been doing all my life. I was a “late bloomer, but found I could soar with eagles right away. I create a variety of works using ancient methods, materials, and techniques to help interpret the world around me: spiritually, religiously, and politically.
